She entered with 3 loyalty and used a +1, so she's currently at 4. In order to save her, the 4/5 must be blocked/destroyed, and one of the other attackers must also be stopped.

2 searing spears could kill the 4/5, but the remaining 3 attackers would still deal 4 damage to her 4 loyalty.

How? You just cast her last turn and +1'd, now the horde attacks and you can't use walker abilities twice in a turn or during an opponents turn. Or did I miss something somewhere?

If no one has any other responses or blocks to make, the damage will be dealt and you guys can take your next turn

Can I just use them to attack the horde directly?

The spears? Sure you can use them now to deal 6 to the horde (and mill 6) before the horde's turn is over if you'd like, I don't see why not!
