The "nothing can't come from nothing" argument is reductionist. If nothing can't come from nothing, then how did the creator of things come into existence? The formation of the universe can't be rationalized into a simple "there can't be zero".
We science doesn't understand how the universe was formed, how the matter got there, but it doesn't leave open the possibility of "the god of the gaps". You can plug anything into that spot if you wanted. However, the absence of the answer is not proof that there is no answer.
Person A: God is not real.
Person B: God is real.
Person A: the earth is round
Person B: the earth is flat.
How do you settle disputes of this nature? You bring about evidence, rational argument and the scientific method. The truth of the matter is, I've no reason to disprove god exists because it's not my idea that he does. I'll continue about my life not believing in the existence, because I have no good reason to believe in a god, vampires, werewolves, unicorns or anything else that cannot be verified.
The term atheist is a silly one. There are no titles for non-astrologist, non-brain surgeons or any other non-______. A non-believer is labeled an atheist, as if the "believer" isn't the exception to here.

Atheist isnt a label, it's the religion of non-religion. But other than that i agree with you

That is incorrect. As previously asserted, Atheism isn't a religion. It's the absence of the belief that deities exist. There are no good reasons to believe they exist, thus the absence of that belief in a higher power.
If evidence did exist, id be more then willing to believe in a higher power as long as it withstood certain criteria. I've got nothing against god, or gods, so much as I've got anything against aliens, pink elephants and my little pony being a real thing - I've got no reason to believe any of those things are real until I've got the evidence.
