I have been here for awhile now, and I realized, I haven't really met most of you.  I want to ask you a few questions to help me get to know you all better.

1. What are some hobbies?
2. How is your side of life right now?
3. Any interesting opportunities happen recently?
4. Likes/Dislikes?

I hope to get to know you all better! :)

1.playing magic, reading, volunteering( mostly caused by a school requirement) and other than that my life is pretty lame and boring

2.my side of life hasn't been the best buts it's not the worst either, it's mostly been tipsy turbot lately

3.i had and chose to take an ap biology course this next school( downside: summer assignments, upside: I get to have an iPad 2 with 4G over the summer :) )

4. Honestly I have so many I just can't remember them all  so sorry

1. Video games! I usually get into something, and it blows away all other hobbies, so I generally only ever have one hobby at a time. Right now, it's definitely Mass Effect. Finishing 1 tomorrow, then I'm going to restart 1 and play through all 3 on Insanity.  Probably going to be a lot of rage quitting :P

2. Not too bad!  Getting some applications and stuff lined up at various places. Family owned business is good, but a bit steadier of an income is going to be more helpful 😁

3. Interesting?  Not really. My brain had a lapse of moral correctness, so I bought an invasion foil Crosis, the Purger so I could put him in a binder and never take him out 😜. It was an opportunity because it was only $23 with shipping on Tcgplayer 👍

4. Likes: Mass Effect!!!  Seriously may have pushed its way into my favorite video game series in the past week or so.  Not sure what else to put, so I'll put music!  I like heavy rock and quite a bit of screamo stuff. Mostly Asking Alexandria and older A Day to Remember.
Dislikes: Stupidity, immaturity, and arrogance. Stupid people are just annoying. By immaturity, I don't mean "laugh at farts," (don't we all?) I mean "throw a fit because I don't get what I want and I deserve everything."  Arrogance really pisses me off. Fortunately I'm a very nonviolent person, because I know a lot of arrogant people. I've just heard a lot of "everything I have is better and everything I do is better."  Those are the kind that just need to go find a cliff and take a tumble 👋

I know a person just like what you're describing here, and it's getting out of hand, if she doesn't get what she wants or people don't like her she gets her dad (who is a teacher at the school I go to) to throw people against lockers and yell at them about her problems, and he has tenure at the school so he can't exactly get fired easily

1. MTG trading primarily although I also play, LoL (when my computer works), Sims 3 (also when my computer works), and Home Design (an iPad program for architecture and interior design)
2. It's really stressful.  We live with the in-laws, but they're getting ready to kick us out. We have no money, no jobs, and life has just been beating us up.  We want to move to either Charleston, SC, or Roswell, NM, but again we have no money, and the job markets in those areas are not ideal for us.  My husband and I are excited by our new M/f D/s relationship, but we are still just taking our baby steps in regards to the new life style.
3. The only new opportunities is a potential temp job for my husband with a local school's IT department and a casual EDH group that has invited us to join them in their bimonthly games.
4. I love Hogan's Heroes, The Big Bang Theory, Doctor Who, and Community. I love animated movies, and I still cry when I watch them. I love the outdoors and horses, and I want to have a farm like the one I grew up on.  My husband is a city boy, and he would rather live in cramped suburbia.  I hate HOAs and traffic, but I do love museums and aquariums.  I enjoy going to the city, but I would hate living in one.  When I lived in VA, I enjoyed going to DC and walking through the streets, seeng the museums, and studying at the Library of Congress.  I hate the "National Aquarium", but the Baltimore Aquarium or the Aquarium of the Smokies are two of the best aquariums in the entire world.  I am fascinated by cryptozoology intellectually, but I hate being lumped in with the crazies.  I love school, but I hate student loans....... Well, that's enough for now... Did I answer your questions?

@MrsNos I am sorry that life has been throwing you some hardballs, but just push through, I'm sure you and your husband will make it through the hard times.

I urge you to go to SC if you are forced to leave.  Southern hospitality of course, and I live down in Mt. Pleasant which is right next to Charleston.  What would you like to work as?  We love tutors down here, and they are always welcome.  Weather it is educational, musical lessons, even swimming lessons are good paying here.  If you are good with kids, pets, or house sitting.  Sign up for Care.com.  It is more effective than you think.  There is a finacial guy who comes on the radio, I forgot what station, but he is fantastic at what he does.  You can call in, and he will answer your questions, he has books out that will help you along your journey of finacial peace.  His name is Dave Ramsey, he will help you make descisions on money, what to cut from your spending to make sure you have enough money at the end of each month.  He is fasinating.

I wish you luck, and I will pray for you, and your husband.

I actually have done lots of tutoring, but I'm a typist by trade.  I'm working on a degree in Office Administration though.  My husband was working on a degree in Music, but he wants to be a pastor one day.  For some reason when I tried to sign up for care.com, I failed the background check.  I have no clue why I've never even had so much as a traffic ticket!  I've actually taken Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University, but my husband is the Dominant in our relationship and is an impulse buyer.  It's not exactly easy to save money with him around. Lol

1. MtG, THIS FORUM AND IT'S PEOPLE, Video Games (BF3/Skyrim), bowling, cooking, music, and screenwriting. Usually finding an alternate state of consciousness is a factor as well. There's so much in his world to explore.
2. Awesome! I have a great new job. Officially a Sammich Artist at Subway, I love making people good food. Also started my final semester at school for screenwriting. We'll be focusing on editing scripts and pitching them. I honestly think I started this program too early. i don't think I'll graduate, but I've learned a lot and have made a lot of friends who will help me out in my career. My group of best friends are all connected through music, film, and life. We plan to go far together.
3. Not really. My creative excitement/flow has recently returned. I feel like it's growing stronger.
4. Likes: Singing with my friends. Pink Floyd, Tool, STP,  Intervals, After the Burial, Meshuggah, everything mentioned above, nature, there is literally too much to mention. Humanity. Life. Love.
Dislikes: Are there any? I'm very tolerant and appreciative of existence. i have minor irritations, and I can accept those.

@MrsNos

That's so funny about your husband and his buying.  I suggest hiding the money in a place he will never find it.  Like the garage, or in a stack of laundry.  You know, places he never really goes.

That's funny that your husband is a music major, because I shall try major in music when I get to college, in fact my high-school offers "majors" or the variations and I am currently doing that.  Choir, and marching band.  Mellophones are fun...

When you say pastor do you mean catholic, baptist, what.  Because I know a few churches in my area that could work. :)
