I need help cutting 4 cards, please! Or just ANY suggestions from EDH savvy people could help! Thanks
Btw: I didn't have time to add mana base. I don't count maze as a land really. But it would have 38-40 lands. They would be original duelies, shocks, checklands, fetchlands, and also Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, and Ancient Tomb as well as Murmuring Bosk, as it is the only land you can fetch with a fetchland for 3 colors.

This is an awesome idea! I'll have to give it a hard look at what to take out, but I can certainly make your life harder by giving you some cool suggestions.
You mentioned protecting yourself. I think pretty much every player is going to hate attacking you if you throw a Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Aurification on the board. Add in Soul Snare just to be mean. Add in Soul Barrier to make the opponent rage quit. Pay 2 to summon (optional, but still annoying), 4 to attack, and if I let it through, it becomes a defender, or I might exile it!
You could also utilize creature control spells like Enslave pretty nicely. I like this one in particular since it can set off a Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood combo.
The only problem with including an abundance of counterspells, is that once you cast your Epic spell, you are no longer able to cast spells, making them useless. Along with everything remaining in your hand, and every draw you take. If you can fit in a permanent or two that have activated abilities to let you use enchantments that you draw from you hand, I'd find room for that, for you to get on the battlefield before casting your epic.
(does such an activated ability exist? It must somewhere... An enchantment elvish piper has to exist, right?)
You can also use activated abilities to counter. Ertai, Wizard Adept, that one enchantment that counters the next 3 spells...
In addition, Paradox Haze can be fetched by Ideals, and then allows you double the fetching every turn after
Thanks for the suggestions guys!!! Really appreciate it. I love Soul Snare, I'll have to fit it in somewhere! Same with the infinite removal. And also I love Paradox Haze...SO good. I cut 2 counterspells so I only have 6 now. Works better. Soo just because I am excited about this 3000 dollar deck (and want to build it as my years go by), I will explain every dirty combo now!
To start off, here is what you can do once you cast Enduring Ideal:
"It's Fair Because We Both Can't Cast Spells!" -Fetch Possibility Storm first so they will have a VERY hard time next turn getting rid of it. Next fetch Arcane Laboratory. Now no players may resolve ANY spells but you and your epic spell.
"Come At Me Bro." -Fetch Rest in Peace and then either Energy Field or Web of Inertia. Creatures now may not attack you, and if you have field, nothing can damage you.
"Allow Me to Fetch That For You, Sir." -If you cast Enduring Ideal but have something you like in your hand, no big deal! This works even with Rest in Peace in play: tutor Solitary Confinement and then before it triggers next turn, find Wheel of Sun and Moon. Then toss what you want and you can have it next turn. Or, wait until next turn to toss the thing you want. Just make sure you stack the Epic spell first so it resolves after you discard!
"Killing You Softly." -Fetch Havoc Festival, and then get Transcendence. Now you will lose life with everyone else, but they lose the game and you don't.
That's pretty much the sum of what you can do with Enduring Ideal just face problems as they come. If their Harmonic Silver or Acidic Slime or whatever is giving you issues, a Humility will do. If they have to cast spells to get rid of your stuff, fetch the appropiate lockdown.
NOTE: ALWAYS fetch Wheel of Sun and Moon if you are already safe. It ensures that you can recur all of your enchantments if they somehow die!
I will post the non-enduring ideal combos in a sec.
Edit: frick no time right now but I will later!

The more I look at this deck and think about it, the more I love it! It's good to see a deck that isn't so typical. In my opinion, this is the kind of deck EDH was made for. You just can't pull off crazy cool things like this in other formats.
Okay I have time now! Here are some nifty things you can pull off without even casting the epic spell, Enduring Ideal:
"Who Needs Jace?" -If you have Rest in Peace (in your hand or on the battlefield), you can either tutor up or draw into Helm of Obedience. Tap it, paying 1 mana, to exile target player's library.
"I'll Skip My Draw, That Cool With You Bro?" If you have Island Sanctuary, there are some sweet things you can do. If you have Phyrexian Arena, you can have a Moat-type effect whenever you need it, and you can still draw for 1 life! Throw in Phyrexian Unlife and it gets better. Also, if you already casted Enduring Ideal, you can skip your draw EVERY turn so you won't draw stuff you might want to tutor later, such as combo pieces.
"Stallin Is My Middle Name." Here are some stall techniques, to help you draw a tutor or the epic spell itself: 1) A turn 1 Mystic Remora will usually draw you a ton of cards. You will want to keep it around forever, but you will probably be sacrificing it on turn 2-4 since you want to play spells. 2) a turn 2 Overburden sets everyone but you back A LOT. If they want to play a big creature, they can't play any other creatures until they have enough mana! 3) Dueling Grounds and Maze of Ith make things groovy for you to stall as much as you want, as well as helping people out if you want to advance in the .politics.. Same with Rights of Flourishing: it helps your draw and ramp, plus .politics.. 4) Standstill gets you a ton of draws. Since it triggers and resolves before the spell does, you may dig for a counterspell and ruin your opponent's plans in addition to his or her moral!
"Don't Worry, This Deck Runs Zero Boardwipe Sorceries. Heavy Emphasis on the Word 'Sorceries'." - There are 4 cards in this deck that wreck creatures! Here they are: 1) (my favorite) Drop of Honey 2) Porphyry Nodes 3) Planar Collapse 4) The Abyss ...All of these help keep things under control.
"My Body Is Ready." -Rather than giving all of your stuff shroud, why not make your opponents too scared to touch them instead? I present thee with Karmic Justice. Use Copy Enchantment on it to make sure your opponents know that you mean serious business.
That's about it! You get the idea. If you draw a tutor early game and only have about 2-3 lands, tutor up Sylvan Library or something to help you dig more. The elic spell will come later!
Yeah, you can budget this. Most of the key pieces aren't that expensive...what makes it so much is: The mana base (you can substitute pain lands for original dualies and stuff...and not run fetch lands) The counterspells (instead of mana drain, force of will, and pact of negation, run substitute, weaker ones) Tutors (especially Imperial Seal
Some things like Moat can be substituted for something else quite easily, but things like Humility, The Abyss, Sylvan Library, Drop of Honey, etc. cannot really be substituted effectively. Their effects are too unique.
If you build this, don't even bother with Imperial Seal. It's one of the worst tutors and it cost 700 dollars. I am currently trying to find a replacement (I am already running all of the other 1 drop tutors that I could use...that's why I put it in.)

Thanks, I think I will build this deck when I get money though. You know, the real stuff.
I took out some cards that just slowed me down, or took up space.
Take outs: Assemble the Legion wasn't needed. I have better things to do at 5 mana and I have much better options when fetching with Enduring Ideal. Decree of Silence and Dovescape were also omitted. Great targets for enduring ideal, but I pretty much fetch either Possibility Storm or Humility first, both of which do a better job of locking down the game. Why clog my deck up with two expensive spells that I never plan to hardcast, and that do not win the game on their own? A few innistrad/m(xx) lands were taken out in favor of rainbow lands. Self explanatory for a 5-color deck. Some land slots were not refilled because with more mana rocks, the need for 40 lands simply disappears. I took out Hive Mind because while Enduring Ideal and Pact of Negation are cute interactions, it just isn't worth it. I replaced Progenitus with Atogatog. I never cast my commander, so might as well play the coolest creature in magic. And troll people.
