I know it's a stretch, but, why not use the Urza  lands since you don't need color.

Make sure the plains are okay with your play group first - they are technically illegal in a deck with a colorless commander. I would try to add some nonbasic, colorless lands, anyway. The tron lands are good just in case, but so are Ghost Quarter, Darksteel Citadel, even Glimmerpost and Cloudpost are better than nothing.

Also, 49 lands is too many! In a deck where you don't have to worry about color fixing at all, even with your high mana costs you shouldn't need more than 40. This will let you add more playable spells, too, like Solemn Simulacrum, Artisan of Kozilek, Sol Ring, and Thran Dynamo.

Edit: you have Adaptive Automaton in there twice as well, you have to remove one, but that makes room for something else!

Edit2: in addition, I'm afraid Shivan Gorge, Volrath Stronghold, and Academy Ruins all have color identity, as they all have mana symbols in their activated abilities. They cannot be used in a deck with a colorless identity commander :( sorry

Aren't the legendary eldrazi's and Karn, liberated banned from EDH as well? And btw don't forget sensei's divining top! And equipment cards like all 5 of the swords, hexproof/shroud equips, and darksteel plate! And All is dust would be fantastic in here

I thought with a colorless Commander any basic land would be legal. They would just produce colorless mana because the color mana they can produce isn't in the Commanders color identity, btw keep in mind lands are colorless, they just produce the color mana you need when tapped.

You were right Gorzo. Rule 903.5d, states that the land used can only produce the colors in the commanders color identity.
Apparently the rulings don't care whether or not the lands are used for colorless mana. I think there should be an update on the rulings specifically for colorless legendaries.

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is banned, but Kozilek and Ulamog are both legal. Karn is legal too (golem and planeswalker both). So he's fine there.

I agree, I don't like this rule for colorless commanders, either. I feel like being forced to compile 40 nonbasic, totally colorless lands is an extremely big pain in the patootie just because someone wants to build a different kind of deck. Many people agree, and I've found that a lot of casual play groups will allow you to run basic lands, and state that they only produce colorless mana instead. You just have to ask them first if they're ok with it.

Eh, I don't know about that. I've been told that any card that restarts the game (I.e. Karn, Liberated) must be approved by all players in a given EDH game, due to the fact that these games can already last hours and restarting the game creates much unneeded nonsense.

I'm not saying it's not annoying :P but it is legal, in that Karn is not on the official banned list, found under "Deck Construction" at mtgcommander.net.

The good thing about Karn, is that when he restarts the game, he typically also ends in within a few turns after, due to what he exiled.

He's not "officially" banned, but as far as I know if just one of your opponents says he won't allow it, you cannot have him in your deck for any given game.

If it isn't on the ban list, the opponent has no right to do this. No opponent has any control over what you put in your deck, provided its all legal. If they don't like the card, they can pack removal/target you/not play against that deck.

The banned list does say to consult your playgroup about using any banned cards, but other than that, I know of no rule that lets your opponent choose what you can play.

Edit: After giving this some thought, perhaps you heard someone talking about a house rule they had made for their playgroup. It isn't uncommon for people to tweak the rules to make it more fun for their group, and if Karn wasn't fun for them, I can certainly see them restricting it.
