Is the sen triplets a good commander? And what should I put in with them? P. S. I've never built a commander deck before
I would hesitate. I'm no commander pro myself, but without being able to access green or red mana at all would limit the spells you could cast from your opponents. If you're playing multiplayer though, you'll probably be able to find something to play.

I was thinking of them not being able to do anything during my turn, and with blue I could save my counter spells due to what I saw in my opens hand.

I had a
Sen Triplets artifact control EDH that had used that premise. She let me keep my counters, removal and pacifiers for when they were most needed.
Mycosynth Lattice helped me cast 🔥 and ⛳

Does the Latice bypass the mana identity rule?

The other colours aren't in Sen's deck, so yes. Same sort of rule reasoning that a
Nicol Bolas EDH (... sorry, old habits) Commander deck can
Act of Treason (or similar effect) a
Llanowar Elves.
Had that happen to me many times way back.

They can steal an elf, but they can't add non-identity colors to their mama pool.

👍 And even if they could, it would turn colourless anyway. Poor Llanowars.

True, true. Always loved that card. In EDH with the Triplets as Commander(s?)
Manalith is functionally the same as
Obelisk of Esper.
Do the
Sen Triplets remind anyone else of Minority Report?

Now that you mention it, I have to go and erase that movie from my memory again.

Sen triplets does work in multiplayer. It being esper there are to a of great spell options open. Use enchantment fetch with paradox haze and copy enchantment. Let's u do it to multiple players. Then with lighthouse chronologogist it works well for u. Look for lost of fun effects which could keep that effect alive like orims chant and the like. There is another one that stops combat phases that goes well with scepter also. It does work I have seen it.
