How about a  Otherworld Atlas, Temple Bell, or Howling Mine type effect, to make sure your opponent(s) have something to discard (and this get hurt, from Megrim/Caress). Also, Pain Magnification might have a place here, and in my experience, Memory Jar with Megrim and Liliana's Caress on the field basically says "you win".

I need a memory jar. Never thought of that one. As for the draw artifacts, my play group uses those in almost all there decks. So I don't use them cause they will see play anyways lol
