What cards do you hope to rely on to make this deck effective? I assume  Hell's Caretaker, but how do you propose getting it regularly? You also have only a few actual targets to copy if you don't have the caretaker on the field.

Why no actual mana ramp? You have access to green, yet I didn't notice one spell that actually puts land into your hand, or on the field.

Also 36 lands is probably a little on the short end, especially w/out multiple ramp cards.

Tutor to conspiracy and the game is over when the dragon copies Progenitus, I've built this deck with a lot of defense in mind, able to run longer games and get more complicated, able to counter and not lose a critical slot to an instant.

Mana birds, manalith, chromatic lantern, lotus bloom, quiron elves, gate vinekeeper and fist of suns are some mana ramps I've added, thought about mana flare but I don't want to give the opponents too much, threw in a howling mine and notion thief to get to my cards faster.

Although it seems like it would be slow for mana, I've been finding in play I get my commander out pretty fast and for 2 CMC, I can easily send a player into fear mode with some poison counters or destroying most of the lower board with balefire; next is nicol bolas, steelkite now! etc etc. I tend to get some hate when I pull my deck out and ppl see a dragon; it's really just a fun deck where I can survive a long time and also make a comeback out of nowhere. I throw things in like magisters sphinx + deadeye navi to really freak people out

Ok but you only have one tutor, and your mana ramp is ok, but you don't have any spells like  Cultivate and such. I just find them to be a little more effective.

How do you hope to win with  Progenitus? You get it in most cases for one turn only then it's grave bound.

He recycles himself back into library. Keep in mind Progenitus isn't my only beast in there, he's just one of the "great...dragon turned into a magic hydra again..." moments I put in there. It's a 5 color deck, it's supposed to be fun and flexible

I had things like summer bloom and farseek, but for the slot, it's not worth it, if I can bounce gatekeeper vine or mazes end + thespian I will have plenty of mana in no time

Maybe if fast bond were legal, but I don't see anything else worth the slot; I'd love any recommendations, as ill probably pull temporal adept or a counterspell

I did forget about the shuffle part as I normally see him on the field or in the command zone.

Just think your mana might benefit more from cards that put land onto the field, as opposed to rocks that are more susceptible to removal.  Have you thought of Mirari's Wake and Mana Reflection, they seem like no-brainers. It seems like a new spin/twist on the commander, but just not sure your are capitalizing on the strengths of your color pallet, e.g. more tutors  Diabolic TutorIncreasing Ambition.
