First off, I like the deck!

I see a good amount of discard in here, but what about cards like Mind Shatter or Mind Twist? Persecute can be handy, if you know the deck well enough, and Bottomless Pit is worth a mention. A great interaction that I love personally is Geth's Grimoire + Words of Waste. It's a great way to just kill a players hand for a few mana!
As for milling, what about a few straight up mill spells, like Glimpse the Unthinkable or Mind Sculpt? They lose a bit of their power against 100 card decks, but are still worth the effort (especially with that Mindcrank in play). Telemin Performance isn't bad, and can snag you something cool if you need protection. Speaking of which, Lightning Greaves is always a nice addition, and with this General, Whispersilk Cloak could do you some good. Death's Approach and Grisly Spectacle work as nice removal for a milling type deck.
Also, why not have fun with the opponent's graveyard? Geth, Lord of the Vault can turn into a real powerhouse, and Wrexial, the Risen Deep is great fun, and can help you cast those mana ramp spells that just can't be found in your colors!
My last suggestion would be Sadistic Sacrament. It's a bit mana intensive, but it basically turns your next Mirko Vosk attack into "you win the game".

This is a really cool deck, I'd be careful though, if you consistently play this against friends, you will most likely die first.

First off, I love mill, and this is sweet! You're playing Nemesis of Reason, so I can go ahead and say you're doing it right, lol. When it comes to mill in EDH though, I have no idea how that would even work, it honestly seems like you wouldn't be too big of a threat, which can be a good thing. One on one this thing seems vicious though. I was going to say maybe more direct mill like Mind Sculpt and Nephalia Drownyard, but idk if they'll even do much in this format. Regardless, I like the deck!
