Fantasy Author Brandon Sanderson(Mistborn books, last 3 WoT books) is a hard core/long time M:tG player. Big fan of {U}.

Chris Kluwe (punter for the Minnesota Vikings) made some MtG references on an episode of the Nerdist that only Maic players would get.

I know the guys in New Found Glory and also Stevis Reyvis of The Chariot play. Wil Wheaton has made references to it on Twitter, but he also hosts a show called Tabletop on YouTube, so that's no surprise.
