IMtG is covered unless they pass SOPA which will never happen.  Maybe it would have but the big companies tried to get too much power by lobbying extra BS in that bill.  Could be a ruse to get the real one they want passed though.  You know how that works.....I really want $10 but I ask for $1000 and then when we settle on $10 it is like I am doing YOU a favor.

I'm not so sure that's how it works. I'm fairly certain that John Grisham and his lawyers wouldn't be happy with people printing copies of his latest book and passing them out for free in the book store.

Love the trice. It is the one thing missing from Duels on the Xbox. Being able to test my deck out was the business for me. I placed 4th at FNM last Friday. Look for me on this wed-fri during the day AK time I will make the pass IMTG. Would love to play with you guys. Thanks.

Yes, free does not equal non-violation. I've never used Cockatrice but from what I understand, the software itself is probably legal, but using the scans in it is not. I understand that you* have to download and install the scans yourself, hence it's you who is breaking the law not Cockatrice's authors. I don't think it's right to do this. If I was a moderator, I would sticky Which Card Are You? in place of this

*'you' as in 'a user'.

Magiccards.info has scans. Why not 'trice?
