Gathering

Gathering is the iMtG community forum. It can be read as guest, but requires an account to post, which can be created easily inside the app itself. The forum is accessed through the 'Gathering' button on the app's [[Main Menu]], or through http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php. It is run by community moderators, choosen by [[Piotr]] or indicated by other moderators. Currently, the forum is divided in 'Magic', 'Games', 'Decks', 'iMtG' and 'Private Pages'.

About Gathering Sections
=== Magic ===
Subdivided in 'General' Discussion', 'Rules', 'Combo Corner' and 'Articles'. The 'Articles' subsection is closed to posts, requiring special permissions to post there, or to ask an admin to move your article there. The 'Magic' section is designed to threads directly related to the game and discussions about it.
=== Games ===
Subdivided in 'Fun Stuff', 'Wall Games' and 'Digital'. This section is used to make little games or jokes, related to magic or not. 'Fun Stuff' is more general, while 'Wall Games' is made for games played using the forum on a post-your-move basis, and 'Digital' is a discussion about 'Duels of the Planeswalkers', 'Cockatrice' and digital games related or not to magic in a general sense.

=== Decks ===
Subdivided in the diverse formats of gameplay. Decks posted through the [[Deck Builder]] are posted under the appropriate subsection here.
=== iMtG ===
Subdivided in 'Announcements', 'Ideas and Feedback' and 'Help'. The section is the communication channel between the users and [[Piotr]]. 'Announcements' is currently locked for new posts if you are a common user, meaning new threads will always be initiated by Admins, usually [[Piotr]] himself. 'Ideas and Feedback' and 'Help' are related only to the app and Forum, not anything else.

=== Private Pages ===
Subdivided in 'Trade' and 'Users'. Trade is designed to advertise trade requests and look for opportunities. Also has a [[Trusted Traders]] thread with info about concluded trades. The 'Users' tab is used to display users' Needed and [[Trade Binder]], and can be updated with cards inserted there through the [[Update Private Page]] button under the [[Main Menu]]. The information posted here is used by [[Potential Trades]] system to fetch both yours and other people trade options.
