Logic is the ultimate law.

Do not do to others what they would not want to be done to them, or you will be punished regardless of your will.

The purpose of punishment is to erase guilt, via retribution and restitution.

That is the entire iMtG Law; it cannot be changed, all the rest is commentary.

I enforce this law and commentary with the power of forum creator, administrator and owner.

Subjects of this law are all free willed beings who willingly registered their account on this forum.

The purpose of the law is to solve conflicts between two or more subjects. It was not designed to solve all problems of mankind.


Do not lie.

Do not steal.

Do not harm.

Do not murder.

No victim, no crime.

Agreements must be kept.

Do not break law in prevention of lawbreaking.

Goal never justifies the means, except for punishment.

You can only do to others what they wouldn't want to be done to them if you are dealing punishment.

If you spam my property with unwanted advertisements or SEO links you will have your account and all your posts promptly deleted.

If you insult me in an obvious way or threaten to harm me, my family, or my art, your account and all your hate speak will be promptly deleted.

Reality

Logic is the common sense logic of sets, a subset of mathematics. False is the opposite of true. No statement can be true and false at the same time. Maybe exists.

Lie is false statement which hurts recipient of the lie. People can be hurt with speech, telling them certain things against their expressed will is not something they want to be done to them, thus is breaking the law. The freedom of your speech ends where the property of my ear starts, for practical reasons.
