My vote definitely goes to {Steamflogger Boss}. Outside of having no application, it's effect just sounds really weird.

Black jester has hope that some day, riggers and contraptions will be a thing. I am too. But for the time being,  {Steamflogger Boss} +  {Infinite Reflection} = rigger time.

You could build a {Suture Priest}-style deck where you just give your opponents Hippos to kill them 😂
