You can sacrifice a creature as a response, if that's what you mean.

Well like say i block a 2/2 with a 1/1 after damage done say i use Vampire Aristocrat  ability to sacrifice that 1/1. One of the challages on magic 2012 requires u to do this but it doesnt make any sense to me.

If you declear your 1/1 as a blocker the 2/2 is blocked. Before damage is delt you sacrifice your 1/1 your good. Unless the 2/2 has trample. Hope that makes sense

As long as you sacrifice before its heading to the graveyard your good. There was a good post awhile back by black jester that explained turn orders it really helped me out.

I think it's good for other people to try.  I don't want people feeling like they shouldn't jump in.  If they get it right, there's less work for me.  If they get it wrong, I can help two people at the same time.  ;)  Plus there's an off-chance that I'm wrong.

As I think about it, the ability to sacrifice something doesn't really have much to do with turn structure.  The important thing to remember is that: a) if you sac something for one reason, you can't sac it a second time.  Mainly because it's already dead. b) if something could be killed because of something on the Stack (an important part of the game, and should be in the Basic Rules above) you can sac it before that other thing resolves.  If that's not clear, let me know.

I have something along the same lines as this. If my opponet plays a card that says I sacrafice a creature at my upkeep, can i use Corrupted Harvester as my sacraficed creature then regenerate him by playing 1 black mana?

Sacrifice is different than destroy. You can't regenerate from sacrifice.
