Why is app showing 101 here but in dec builder its 100 and by my physical count it's 100 and why is rofellos in red in deck builder? He's legal to run IN deck but not as a general...

Only suggestion is to go up to 33-36 lands. What to take out, I have no idea. All the cards you have are nice here and serve a purpose. So good luck on your choices lol

Rofellos has always been banned as a commander. Dunno why. He's too OP I guess in green ramp?

 Nissa Revane +  Doubling Season = awesome in this deck

I just realized how ridiculous  Omnath, Locus of Mana and  Doubling Season would be... It gets +1/1 COUNTERS so DS would make twice that. Holy hell! That will get retarded!

No that's not right he just gets +1/1 for all green in your mana pool he never gets an actual counter.
