It does say in the about section that it is trademarked by apple.

As a reseller of Apple I can say that they are the most controlling company on the planet about anything of theirs.
So if they saw something that they control they will want it removed regardless of anything posted.
It is fecking unbelievable how hard they are to work with.
Nice products but not a friendly company.
